Ankommen
Sicher kennst du sie auch, diese dunklen Stunden, in denen das Herz schwer und der dunkle Schleier der Trauer dir fast die Luft zum Atmen nimmt. Die folgenden Mutmachzeilen meiner geistigen Begleiter waren für mich ein warmer tröstlicher Lichtstrahl in einer solchen Zeit.
Ankommen
Seid euch eurer Göttlichkeit bewusst, mit jedem Atemzug.
Es gibt kein Kommen, das verhindert werden kann,
und kein Ankommen, das sich verspätet. Alles entspricht der einzigartigen Bewegung eines jeden Wesens.
Es ist egal, an welcher Stelle ihr in den Kreis eintretet,
seid gewiss, ihr werdet ihn zu Ende gehen.
Ein Jeder zu seiner Zeit.
Und zeitengleich werden sich alle dort wieder einfinden,
wo ein jedes Wesen seine Erkenntnisreise
im großen Miteinander begonnen hat.
Eure Augen werden erkennen und eure Seelen jubeln,
denn dann haben eure Herzen dieses großartige Spiel begriffen.
Begriffen, dass sich jeder Einsatz lohnt.
Denn ihr könnt nur gewinnen. Erkenntnis … und die Gewissheit, dass alles, was ihr gegeben oder geglaubt, verloren zu haben, zurückkehren wird.
Dorthin, wo alles seine gleiche Gültigkeit hat und seine Berechtigung. Und Frieden findet in dem Wissen, dass alles, was sein darf, Willkommen findet in euren Herzen.
Und Ankommen findet statt.

At the beginning, I have a clear topic, then I take a piece of paper and write without thinking, in a nutshell, what comes to my mind. Then, in order, I feel into the content. First, I have, as it were, a skeleton, the spine, then it fans out and adds the limbs, finally, the feeling connection between everything, the fullness – the feeling – the flesh.
But I received „Arrivals“ during a night walk and put them directly on paper. The contents flowed through me.
